This student position will work with the
Instructional Design Services staff in the Center for Teaching and
Learning to produce multimedia content for academic projects.
Projects may include video clips, streaming media, podcasts,
vodcasts, DVDs and related projects which meet specific learning
objectives or recruitment needs for academic departments.
The A/V production assistant will be expected to work with prosumer-level video equipment, a variety of mics, software such as Sorenson Squeeze, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Windows MovieMaker, Roxio Easy Media Creator, etc.
Work will be done in a mixed Mac/Win environment.
On-the-job training will be available, but prior experience and interest in shooting and editing video will be a huge asset.
